• $170 per 50-minute session

Insurance

Chestnut Oak Counseling accepts Medicaid insurance and can provide documentation for any out of network insurance for reimbursement. It is recommended that you call your insurance provider ahead of time to determine your mental health benefits.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service.

I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. 

Sliding Scale

I do offer a sliding scale for those eligible. 

Cancellation Policy

Kindly please cancel 24 hours in advance or you will be charged for the session.
